The Oil and Gas operation of the Group started with the incorporation of Dozzy Oil and Gas Ltd in 1994. The operation has grown from very humble beginnings to become the flagship of the group’s activities. The primary focus of our oil and gas operation is hinged on four major areas, viz: Blending, Distribution, Industrial Gas and Liquified Petroleum Gas.

As a key player in the lubricant industry in Nigeria, and with a wide range of premium quality products developed to satisfy the requirements of every sector of the economy, Dozzy Group manufactures the country’s favourite range of lubricants, “Powerflo” for automotive and industrial use.

Right from the onset, commerce has been central to the Group’s activities. Infact, Dozzy Group started as a trading company in the nineteen eighties and it was from this that all the other companies that make up the group arose from. With shops and trading outlets at major business centres around the country, the commercial arm of our activities continues to be one of the leading arms of the Group’s operations. Its business activities are carried on under Dozzy Nigeria Ltd.

The vision to become a formidable global conglomerate arose from a humble trading beginning in the nineteen eighties. By concentrating on commerce, the vision gradually culminated to a national presence with major trading outlets in business centres across the Nigerian landscape.

These commercial activities today are encapsulated in Dozzy Nigeria Limited which represents the trading arm of the Dozzy group.

A focus on Best practice and uncompromised service resulted in the establishment of an enviable portfolio of local and international manufacturing partners.

Major developments have been undertaken towards the provision of decent houses for the people. This comprises of choice properties located in high brow areas of the nations major centers.

The Real Estate arm of the Group provides professional services to residential and commercial sectors within Nigeria. Dozzy Group is aware of the importance of professionalism when conducting real estate services to individual and corporate clients, and ensure that this is clear in its leasing, development, management, consultancy and purchase.

They are precise, transparent and fair from start to finish and have a direct connection to all parties involved in their various transactions. Presently, major developments have been undertaken in both residential and commercial areas of Nigeria’s economic hub. These include developing commercial properties such as offices and shopping malls (as seen in Asaba, Delta State), among others.

The Manufacturing arm is subdivided into four main categories.

Food and Beverages Headquartered at Aba, Abia State. This follows a 100% acquisition of a biscuit manufacturing plant located there. It carries on this operation under Dozzy Food Industries Ltd.

Plastics Incepted in 1991, we at Dozzy Plastics are engaged in the manufacturing of wide range of fine quality molded household plastic products.

Lubricants Dozzy Group is well known for its Powerflo brand of lubricant products.

Industrial Gas The Group made an inroad into Industrial Gas manufacture and bottling following a partnership deal with a German firm, Sauerstoffwerk Friedrich Guttroff GmbH.

Adapting and responding to real time market trends, exploiting opportunities, led to the process of backward integration resulting in the continued diversification of the Dozzy group portfolio.

This diversification led to the incorporation of the Dozzy Maritime Services Limited (DMSL), a subsidiary of the Dozzy group specializing in maritime and logistic services. DMSL services include is Cargo services, haulage and Warehousing.

Successful operations have seen significant growth and DMSL has expanded its warehousing operations across Lagos, Onitsha, Calabar and Port-Harcourt.
