Since its incorporation in 1994, Dozzy Oil and Gas Ltd has followed a consistent and well-thought out plan, enabling us strategically place ourselves in a position to lead the downstream sector of the country’s oil and gas industry.
The Oil and Gas operation of the Group started with the incorporation of Dozzy Oil and Gas Ltd in 1994. The operation has grown from very humble beginnings to become the flagship of the group’s activities. Sincere commitment to sound and ethical business practices have made this branch of our operation a success story in the downstream sector of the Nigeria oil and gas industry.
The primary focus of our oil and gas operation is hinged on four major areas, viz: Blending, Distribution, Industrial Gas and Liquified Petroleum Gas.

The vision to become a formidable global conglomerate arose from a humble trading beginning in the nineteen eighties.
By concentrating on commerce, the vision gradually culminated to a national presence with major trading outlets in business centres across the Nigerian landscape.
These commercial activities today are encapsulated in Dozzy Nigeria Limited which represents the trading arm of the Dozzy group.

Adapting and responding to real time market trends, exploiting opportunities, led to the process of backward integration resulting in the continued diversification of the Dozzy group portfolio.
This diversification led to the incorporation of the Dozzy Maritime Services Limited (DMSL), a subsidiary of the Dozzy group specializing in maritime and logistic services. DMSL services include is Cargo services, haulage and Warehousing.
